Mud Pump Parts Manufacturer Introduction

Mud pump safety operation rules:

The pump must be installed on a solid foundation or foundation and should not be loosened.

Check before starting: the connector should be tightened;

The direction of electrical rotation should be correct;

The clutch is flexible and reliable; the pipeline connection is firm, the sealing is reliable, and the bottom valve is flexible and effective. Before starting, the suction pipe, bottom valve and pump body must be filled with water, and the upper end of the pressure gauge buffer must be filled with oil.

Turn the piston by hand so that it starts without load when there are no obstructions and the lines are well insulated. After starting, the load will gradually increase until the piston works properly. Imported pump valve industrial washing machine.

During operation, attention should be paid to the sealing condition of each sealing device, and adjustments should be made if necessary. Tie rods and auxiliary rods should be regularly lubricated with oil.

The sand content of the mud during the operation shall not exceed 10%.

In order to make splash lubrication reliable, the multi-speed mud pump should run at different speeds for no less than 30 seconds per shift.

Shifting gears while running is strictly prohibited. When shifting gears, the pump should be stopped to change gears.

When abnormal noise or water weight, abnormal pressure or obvious high temperature occurs during operation, the pump should be stopped for inspection.

Normally, the pump should stop at no load. When the pump is stopped for a long time, all the drainage holes must be opened, the cylinder head must be loosened, the drain rod of the bottom valve must be lifted, and all the mud and sand in the pump body and pipeline must be discharged.

During long-term parking, the mud, sand and grease should be thoroughly removed, the lubricating oil in the crankcase should be drained, and anti-rust and anti-corrosion measures should be taken.
